Nested’s blended Newborn Care / Infant & Child CPR, Choking and AED class brings together education from our team of nurses, doulas, and doctors with practical support for your family.

Learn at your own pace in Nested Parent Hub

Your registration includes six months of access to Nested Parent Hub, with education modules, videos, and resources you can revisit before and after class. Complete the modules before your in-person session so you arrive ready to put what you’ve learned into practice.

Build confidence through hands-on practice

Our in-person session focuses on doing, asking, and learning together. Your instructor will guide you through practical newborn-care skills and emergency-response practice, with feedback to help you feel more prepared.

• Everyday newborn care: practice holding, swaddling, soothing, diapering, and bathing.
• Feeding support: explore feeding cues, bottle-feeding basics, burping, and common feeding questions.
• Safety and wellbeing: discuss safe sleep, newborn appearance, signs of illness, and when to contact your pediatrician.
• Infant and child CPR, choking response, and AED: practice emergency-response skills with training equipment and instructor guidance.
• Life at home: talk through sharing responsibilities, setting boundaries, and adjusting to life with a newborn.

Bring the questions that matter to you—from everyday care to situations you’re unsure how to handle. In-person Q&A with your instructor helps you connect the online lessons to your family’s needs. Our teaching team includes nurses, doulas, and doctors, bringing clinical knowledge and practical experience to your learning.

Learning continues after class. Return to your Parent Hub modules and resources throughout your six-month access period whenever you need a refresher.

Designed for expecting and new parents, partners, grandparents, and caregivers. We recommend attending after 30 weeks of pregnancy when possible, so the skills are fresh as you prepare to welcome your baby.

One ticket: $350 for up to two people. Your registration includes six months of Nested Parent Hub access, education modules and resources, in-person hands-on practice, and instructor Q&A.

This is a non-certification class. Hands-on infant and child CPR, choking response, and AED education are included. American Red Cross certification and certification add-ons are not offered for this class.
