Reimbursement Information for FSA, HSA & Health Insurance

Does Nested accept health insurance?

Nested does NOT accept health insurance and Nested does NOT accept FSA or HSA debit cards for payment.

However, if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA) you may be able to submit your Nested class payment receipt(s) for reimbursement (see below). Please contact your health insurance company / benefits administrator to confirm your benefits as well as to verify eligibility and learn what is needed for documentation and reimbursement.

Can I submit the class fee for reimbursement if I have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)?

For FSA and HSA documentation, please refer to your class order confirmation receipt that is emailed to you when you registered for the class. This order confirmation has Nested’s LLC address, Tax ID information as well as the procedure and ICD-10 codes for you to submit to your FSA provider.

Individual health insurance policies and reimbursements vary greatly. Please contact your health insurance company to confirm your benefits for reimbursement. You will most likely need to provide the following information when submitting to your insurance for reimbursement:

  • Proof of class payment: The first Nested email after registering for an in-person or virtual class that you received contains confirmation of class registration and payment amount. This email can be used as a receipt of class payment. A copy of your credit card statement can also be used as proof of class payment.
  • Proof of class attendance* — If you have completed one of our in-person classes, LIVE Virtual classes and/or online VIDEO classes, you can print out a form with our EIN below (*Valid only AFTER you have attended / participated in the class):

NOTE: CPR class reimbursement is NOT eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA), as it does not relate to the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease.

Please note that Nested does NOT accept FSA or HSA debit cards for payment.
