Lindsey Daggle, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, her Medical Degree from Georgetown University and completed her Pediatric Residency at Lurie Children’s and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. After residency, Dr. Daggle practiced outpatient pediatrics in Northern Virginia for several years before joining INOVA’s pediatric hospitalist team and finding her niche in the newborn nursery. She is excited to complement her hospitalist position with an outpatient role again when she joins INOVA’s Breastfeeding Medicine Clinic in the summer of 2023. Dr. Daggle is also passionate about medical education and is the Associate Pediatric Clerkship Director for University of Virginia’s School of Medicine at Inova’s Regional Campus.

Dr. Daggle is has a special interest in fourth trimester care, or post-partum and post-natal care during the first three months after a baby is born. This precious time is filled with complexities and challenges that are often not well supported. As a mother of four, she cherished this fleeting time and is grateful for the opportunity to help others through it. She is starting a fourth trimester concierge healthcare service to provide newborn hospital visits at INOVA Fairfax as well as postnatal consultation for newborn care, feeding and general postpartum support.

Nested’s mission to empower woman and their families aligns with Dr. Daggle’s goals. She feels strongly that this support best starts with education and she is happy share her expertise in newborn care during Nested’s Newborn Care Class. Like several of the Nested educators, Dr. Daggle spent time in Ecuador during medical school. She looks forward to returning to the beautiful country one day soon.

Dr. Daggle currently resides in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband, four children (11, 9, 6 and 4) and their mini bernedoodle.
