Originally from Nepal, Pemyang has lived in the states for more than 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Information Technology from George Mason University. She currently works as an accountant at HITT, and previously worked as a pricing analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Pemyang went on her first medical mission trip, Project Nido 2019, where she helped Ecuadorian families learn about dental health, conducted vision screenings and distributed free reading and sunglasses to those in need.
In her free time, Pemyang loves to volunteer at Nepali Pathshala of Virginia and enjoys traveling. Her most recent travel excursions included Iceland and a road trip to Utah, Nevada and Arizona and is looking forward to Project Nido 2022!
