Postnatal Wellness

Rebuild Strength. Restore Confidence. Return to the Life You Love.

Having a baby changes more than your body.

Your sleep, schedule, nutrition, stress, priorities, energy, and relationship with exercise can all change at once.

Nested Postnatal Wellness helps you navigate that transition with individualized health and fitness coaching designed around your recovery, your goals, and your new life.

This isn’t about “getting your body back.”

It’s about building your body and your health forward.

Your Postpartum Journey Is Personal

Our holistic coaching approach can include:

Return to Movement

Gradually reconnect with exercise and everyday movement based on your current capacity, symptoms, goals, and appropriate medical guidance.

Rebuild Strength

Progressively rebuild whole-body strength and capacity for exercise and the physical demands of caring for your baby.

Core & Functional Movement

Develop breathing, trunk control, movement strategies, mobility, and progressive strength as part of your return to activity.

Nutrition & Healthy Habits

Build realistic nutrition and lifestyle habits that work within the realities of postpartum life.

Mindset & Confidence

Work through uncertainty around returning to exercise and rebuild confidence in your body’s ability to move, train, and progress.

Return to Your Active Life

Whether your goal is walking without discomfort, getting back into the gym, hiking, running, playing a sport, or simply feeling strong carrying your baby, we’ll build toward what matters to you.

A Connected Support System

Fitness isn’t the answer to every postpartum challenge.

When appropriate, Nested can help connect you with pelvic floor physical therapists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers so you have the right professional supporting the right need.

Your Postnatal Wellness Journey

1. Complimentary Zoom Consultation

We begin with a free conversation about how you’re doing, your birth and postpartum experience as it relates to activity, your current challenges, previous exercise, lifestyle, and the things you’d like to return to.

We’ll also determine whether Nested Wellness is the right fit for your needs.

2. Postnatal Wellness & Fitness Evaluation

Next, we’ll establish your starting point by looking at areas such as movement, mobility, strength, exercise capacity, nutrition habits, lifestyle, mindset, and your personal goals.

3. Your Personalized Roadmap

We’ll create an individualized plan based on where you are today and where you want to go.

4. Build Your Capacity

As you become stronger and more confident, your program progresses with you, helping bridge the gap between postpartum recovery and the activities you want back in your life.

You Don’t Have to Rush Your Comeback.

You need a plan that respects where you are while helping you build toward where you want to be.

Your timeline. Your goals. Your active life.

“After having my baby, I honestly didn’t know where to begin with exercise. Nested gave me a starting point and helped me gradually rebuild my strength without feeling like I needed to rush. I finally started feeling like myself again.”

Amanda C.

New Mom

“My goal wasn’t to lose weight. I wanted to feel strong enough to hike, work out, and keep up with my family again. Everything we did connected back to those goals, and I loved having something meaningful to work toward.”

Nicole B.

Baby Mama

“Nested understood that postpartum life isn’t predictable. Some weeks I was exhausted and barely had time for myself. Instead of feeling like I had failed, we adjusted the plan. That flexibility helped me stay consistent and enjoy exercising again.”

Katie S

"enjoy exercising again"

“I originally came for fitness, but we ended up looking at my nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset, and everyday habits too. I felt like I was being supported as a whole person, not just being handed workouts.”
