Can I bring my partner to class?

Yes! The course price includes attendance for 2 people; yourself, your partner, a grandparent or friend. 

How are the “boot camp” classes different from the other courses?

Our boot camp classes are an exciting new addition to our course offerings. They benefit parents (and their helpers) who want a more in depth and comprehensive review of childbirth and infant care. We offer a boot camp version of the childbirth education class and newborn care and infant CPR class. The boot camps are held on Saturday and include an additional 2-3 hours of content. Boot camps include special sessions with local professionals who share their expertise, like physical therapists teaching pregnancy ergonomics and doulas reviewing breathing techniques. The classes include a break for lunch, a certificate of completion and a special gift for your baby. Check out our course overview page for details on each boot camp class.

Can I reschedule a class?

Yes, if you need to reschedule a class to another open class date there is a 15% rescheduling fee. Please complete our class exchange form to reschedule your class.

Can I cancel a class?

Yes, if you need to cancel a class and it is amount minus $50 fee. Please contact us to cancel.

Is there a wait list?

If you are interested in taking a class that is currently full please send us a message here with your preferred class and date. We will keep you informed if anyone reschedules or cancels. We also offer private sessions for all of our classes to meet your scheduling needs! Click here for more information.

Why are all the Newborn Care and Infant CPR classes on Saturday? And always at the Chevy Chase office?

We have realized it is ideal to have this course on the weekends because it is an active class that is best done when we are all well-rested and ready to practice chest compressions! The Chevy Chase office is easily accessible on the weekends without traffic and with ample parking nearby.

I need Flex Spending documentation!

For Flexible Spending Account documentation please refer to your class receipt that is emailed to you after signing up.  You will also gain access to a Certification of Completion after you attend your class. FSA pdf

Class Policies

Waitlist protocol- we try our best to accommodate everyone. Please send us a message through “Contact us” with your preferred class and date.

Add Rescheduling- there is a 15% fee to reschedule. Please email us for the rescheduling procedure.

If you need to cancel a class you will get a refund the amount minus $50 fee.

Nested reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that are below capacity to maintain course quality.
