During the In-Person Session:
Our certified instructor will guide you through hands-on practice with real techniques you’ll use from day one:

• Newborn Care Skills: Swaddling, diapering, baby holds, soothing techniques, safe sleep positioning
• Emergency Response: Infant, child, and adult CPR, choking response, AED use

This is a private session tailored to your group — plenty of time for questions, practice, and building real confidence before (or after) your baby arrives.
