Nested’s LIVE Virtual interactive “Bonding With Your Newborn Support Group” provides parents of newborns up to 12 months of age the opportunity to talk about what your baby needs in the first year and help navigate your way through this new territory.

The first year of your baby’s life is filled with excitement, love and lots of changes. Balancing the changes in your own life while also meeting your baby’s needs can be challenging. As new parents we often don’t know where to start and with SO much information available — from medical providers, friends, family and online — it can be overwhelming. There is no “right way”.

This unique experience will be conducted as LIVE Virtual interactive 1-hour sessions held on 5 consecutive Wednesdays and led by Francine Ronis LPC, child family therapist and early childhood specialist. Each week, Francine will facilitate a discussion on topics ranging from self-care, attachment, sleep, balancing your relationships & more, and help you find what works best for you & your particular family.

It is important for all participants to make a commitment to actively participate in all of the sessions so as to benefit all and ensure a safe, trusting, supportive and productive experience.Active participation means actively listening and/or sharing your thoughts, feelings, and reactions in a respectful way. In general, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it. 

The group will be limited to 8 registered attendees. The sessions will be held via GoToMeeting and the link for it will be sent to all registered clients 2-3 days prior to the first session to the email address used for this registration ticket. We recommend this support group for parents of babies who are newborn through 12 months.

NOTE — Unlike our other classes, 1 registration ticket allows for ONLY one (1) person to participate, AND the registration is for ALL sessions over the 5-weeks. Individual sessions are not available for purchase.
