Nidhi Reva, MPH, PA-C is a Physician Assistant with 20+ years of experience and the visionary force behind Nested LLC. Her career and service are shaped by a commitment to supporting others through life’s most vulnerable and transitional moments. She is passionate about increasing accessibility of actionable health information, aligning care with real life through small changes that support long-term wellbeing. Throughout her career, Nidhi has positively impacted countless women and families.

In 2017, Nidhi founded Nested after returning from a medical mission in Ecuador. Her experience as a Physician Assistant, public health advocate, and mother afford her a unique skill set to educate and positively change lives. Her heartfelt commitment to supporting the growth and well-being of families has driven years of impact through childbirth education, newborn and infant care classes, CPR certification, and practical health education for families in the Washington DC metro area. Through Nested, Nidhi emphasizes equipping families with knowledge and skills that foster confidence, safety, and agency during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Her efforts are driven by the belief that clear, approachable information is key to enabling advocacy for oneself and informed decision making.

Nidhi’s focus on CPR education stemmed from a personal experience in 2019. While aboard an international flight with her pre-teen daughters, Nidhi jumped into action, providing life-saving CPR during a cardiac emergency. This moment pushed her to become a certified American Red Cross Instructor and offer CPR certification classes through Nested. Thus, Nested’s mission evolved beyond individual households, encompassing the strength and interconnectedness of community. Nested now proudly provides crucial infant, child, and adult CPR and first aid certifications, empowering families, schools, organizations, and community members to handle emergencies with confidence and proficiency.

Additionally, Nidhi has led Project Nido (Project Nest), working with Partners of Andean Community Health (PACH) since 2017. This medical mission centers around collaboration with local clinicians to provide gynecological care, cervical cancer screening, health education, and preventative services to underserved communities. Project Nido focuses on improving access to women’s health services while supporting sustainable, community-based care and education in the Chimborazo Province, Ecuador. Nidhi works with families and parents to support safe, healthy home environments, guided by the belief that the “best home” looks different for each family and community. As part of Project Nido, Nidhi also runs leadership and service programs, introducing young adults to community health with the goal of fostering a lifelong commitment to service and advocacy.

Over the years, Nidhi has been recognized for her commitment to service and education. She is a recipient of the 2021 Arlington County COVID-19 Hero Award, which recognizes Arlington community members, partners, providers, and neighbors who went above and beyond to keep their communities safe and supported throughout the pandemic. Nested was also voted The Best Childbirth Education and Parenting Classes in the DC Area by DC Area Moms. Most recently, Nidhi was published in Women’s World with an article focused on humane medicine, newborn care education, and lifesaving practices.  She has also been nominated as a finalist for this year’s Heroines of Washington Awards from the March of Dimes

Her clinical interests include women’s health, chronic illness, neuroinflammation, post-viral conditions, and patient education, and she is currently pursuing additional training in functional medicine. Across her clinical, educational, and global health work, she centers empathy, presence, and patient empowerment as foundational to meaningful care, encouraging patients to be active advocates for their own health throughout every stage of life.

Outside of clinical and educational work, Nidhi enjoys acrylic painting and dancing. She values time with her two daughters and her dog, Bean, and brings the same creativity and compassion from her personal life into her work with patients, families, and communities.

Nidhi is a steadfast advocate for promoting health and wellbeing of women and their growing families in the Washington DC metro area and beyond. With her unwavering dedication, passion, and commitment to making the world a better place, she continues to inspire and uplift those around her, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touches.
